Everything we do comes back to three things.
Building a business as a mom gets lonely. Every decision lands on you, and the people who love you don't always get it.
Boss Moms puts you in a small pod of moms near you, at a similar stage of business. Someone at the table has already been through what you're stuck on, so you borrow their experience instead of learning everything the hard way.
We ask for help here.
It's hard to grow when nobody knows what you do. Here, other moms get to know you and your business properly, and they talk about you to the people in their world.
Spotlights in the group and introductions between members let you borrow other women's networks instead of paying for reach.
We don't sell to each other.
You don't have more hours to give, and we won't ask for them. Each month has one focus, worked through with your pod and a guest expert.
You leave knowing your next step, with women around you to keep you to it. Nothing here is homework, and you're never behind.

How it works
You belong from day one. By the time you sit down together, your pod already knows your name. No awkward first-meetup nerves.
Immediately
It lands the moment you sign up, with access to the Vault of past sessions, your workbook and your link to the community group.
Optional add-on
Add your business to the Boss Mom Directory, so other members know what you do and can send work your way.
By month end
Your second email introduces your pod: a small group of moms near you who are at a similar stage of business.
1st of the month
Introductions day. Share who you are, what you're building and where you could use a hand, and meet the women you'll grow with.
1st Friday, 10am
A live online session with a guest expert on one part of growing your business. Can't make it? It goes into the Vault for later.
2nd Friday
Your pod gets together around a real table near you. Bring what you're stuck on. Leave with fresh ideas, a next step and friends who get it.
All month long
Between meetups, your pod's WhatsApp group is where the accountability happens: quick questions, check-ins, wins, and a nudge when you need one.
